ALEX CAMPBELL

Alex is the author of YA novels Land and Cloud 9 (both published by Hot Key Books) and (as Alex Cotter) the middle grade thriller, The House on The Edge (Nosy Crow). Land was nominated for the CILIP Carnegie Award in 2016 and The House of the Edge was selected as a WHSmiths Children's Book of the Month in 2021. Alex is an experienced creative writing teacher and has mentored and edited writers across the UK. She edits both fiction and non-fiction books. When she's not writing and editing, she helps run an annual children’s book festival. Alex has an interest in middle-grade and YA stories, women's fiction and adult crime.
